Andreia sits on several company boards, using her experience as an entrepreneur, expert, investor and coach to facilitate and influence important strategic and managerial decisions.

Andreia currently sits on the following boards:
#clearedtoland – Are you cleared to land? This remarkable and female-led organization transfers pilot’s leadership skills in other occupational fields. Clear communication, focus and skillful navigation towards one’s own goals are part of their seminars. Andreia’s role is to support the business development together with her advisory board colleagues.
KV Zürich Business School – Switzerland’s largest Business School. Together with her advisory board colleagues she sets the stage for a fruitful liaison between course participants, the lecturers and the management. In alignment with current trends in education and general management their projects range from digitalization through to methodological offerings.
Business Clubs & other board activities
Go Beyond is an international and cross-industry investor community. Andreia was invited to join the CEO recruitment advisory committee. She supports Go Beyond’s board in assessing and finding the right candidate – a CEO to implement their strategy.
SWONET Onstage & Expertise Swonet is the largest Swiss Women Network, a foundation which brings together all female oriented organizations. Andreia is part of the Onstage and Expertise Advisory board, supporting on specific topics.
The University of St. Gallen’s Womens Chapter. With more than 5000 members the Women’s Chapter is one of the major alumni clubs in Switzerland. Together with the board of 5 top-notch career women she initiates relevant conversations and designs events relevant to career women.
In the past Andreia has been on the board of various organizations and business clubs. She was on the board of Young Female Entrepreneurs & Executives (YFEE), today WOMENWAY, where she introduced English speaking events and co-created the national mentoring platform called womenway. Until 2019 she was the president of the University of St. Gallen’s MBA Women in Business Club, which she successfully reactivated and built a team.
